Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon activated or raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon activated or raw pepitas
  • 10 blueberries
  • 8 activated or raw almonds
  • 1 cup of organic coconut water
  • ½ cup of ice

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blitz until smooth.
  3. Drink straight away.
