Ingredients
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 4 strawberries
- 1 tablespoon activated or raw sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon activated or raw pepitas
- 10 blueberries
- 8 activated or raw almonds
- 1 cup of organic coconut water
- ½ cup of ice
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blitz until smooth.
- Drink straight away.
