Ingredients
- 1 mug full of milk or milk alternative (almond, coconut or hazelnut milks are delicious!)
- 1 teaspoon of cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Method
- Place milk in saucepan and start heating over a low heat on the stove.
- Whisk in cacao, coconut oil and cinnamon.
- Mix continuously until all combined and heated through.
- Carefully pour into your mug and sip mindfully.
