Ingredients

  • 1 mug full of milk or milk alternative (almond, coconut or hazelnut milks are delicious!)
  • 1 teaspoon of cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Method

  1. Place milk in saucepan and start heating over a low heat on the stove.
  2. Whisk in cacao, coconut oil and cinnamon.
  3. Mix continuously until all combined and heated through.
  4. Carefully pour into your mug and sip mindfully.
