“This quick little dessert is perfect if you are craving something ‘ice-creamy’. A thick, luscious texture, it hits all the health marks as it’s low in sugar, dairy free and super yummy! Plus, the figs give it a nice fibre hit, helping to stabilise your blood sugars.”

Ingredients
- 2 frozen figs (I use fresh ones, which I freeze myself)
- 1/2 cup of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon of cacao nibs
- 3 teaspoons of maca powder
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup of coconut water (you could also use coconut milk if you wanted something more creamy)
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Method
- Place all ingredients except for the sesame seeds in a nutribullet or blender.
- Blitz until just smooth and combined.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and eat with a spoon!
