“Take your cracker-game up a notch with my delicious seed crackers! These are ridiculously easy to make and not only are they super nutritious, but they are also gluten-free, grain-free and if you leave off the parmesan cheese, they are dairy-free too.”

Ingredients
- 1 cup of chia seeds
- 1 cup of flax seeds
- 1/2 cup of pepitas
- 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 2 cups of water
- Grated parmasan (optional)
- Sea salt
Method
- Mix all the seeds together.
- Add in rosemary and garlic and mix well.
- Add in the water and mix well to combine. Allow to stand for a few minutes or until the seeds have soaked up all the water.
- Line 2 – 3 baking trays with baking paper and spread the mixture thinly and evenly over them. You want it to be about 2mm thick.
- Sprinkle with salt (and grated parmasan if you choose) and then bake in low oven (140 degrees celcius) for 2 hours or until super crispy. (I know it’s a long time, but trust me – it will be worth it!)
- Allow to cool and then snap into pieces.
- Enjoy with your favourite toppings!
